The local public park down the street from us has a very smooth paved path. I like that they don't shut anyone out either; skateboards, bikes, everyone and everything with wheels is welcome. Last weekend, there were two little old ladies learning to rollerblade. Romeo and I frequently go here for walks and for sitting under trees and reading. Or in Romeo's case, sniffing and observing.
What a lovely place. I do imagine it is a nice place to sit and get lost within a book.

ReplyDeleteI know Romeo would have to stay at home because he's terrified of anything with wheels, but I've been thinking about taking up rollerblading. Either that, or finally buying a bike rack for my car. Hm, decisions, decisions!
